Thank you for your interest in Sacred Heart Elementary School.
- Applications for the 2026–2027 school year will open on November 1. (Kindergarten students must have turned 5 by December 31 of their Kindergarten school year)
- For the current 2025–2026 school year, please complete the application and submit the required supporting documents as outlined in the steps below. Please email your application to

After your application has been reviewed, families who are offered a place will be asked to complete an online registration before beginning school.

Application Process for New Students
Step 1

- Application form
- Last 2 years report cards if your child is entering grades 1-7
- Documents requested on the application form
- $125 application fee/child, which will be applied to your registration should your child/ren attend. This can be paid via cash, check or etransfer. Please etransfer the application fee to

When we have received your application and necessary documents, we will contact you to set up a personal school tour for you and your family with Mr. Kozack.
