The Dinner Dance Auction is successful because of generous people like you! We are currently seeking Donations and Sponsorships to make this event a fundraising success.
Sacred Heart School is excited to host our 30th Annual Dinner Dance Auction on November 30, 2018. This event is our main fundraising event for the year and we are looking for your generous support to make it another successful year.
Sacred Heart School is an independent elementary school with a rich, 60-year history in the community of South Delta. We are home to over 360 students, and thanks to the extensive parent participation program, Sacred Heart families make up a vibrant and active part of the South Delta Community.
As an Independent school, we rely on fundraising to cover costs related to operations, charity programs, program development and school enhancements. Each year, we work towards a common goal which for 2018-2019 is “What Do You Want of Me Lord?”. With this theme we have our eyes set on some special projects that will benefit not only our school, but the seniors who reside in Augustine House, and the communities of Ladner and Tsawwassen.
This annual event is cornerstone to our fundraising activities. Generous donations to the auction not only support the education of children in our own community, but also those children and families living in less fortunate circumstances around the world. The reach of your donation is wide.
As we devote ourselves to making a difference in our community and helping children reach their potential, we invite you to participate by donating a gift-certificate or merchandise appropriate for a verbal or silent auction. Cash donations and corporate sponsorships are also greatly appreciated, and include significant exposure, both at the event and on our school Facebook page (@shsladner), for your business and brand to hundreds of attendees who value loyalty and community support when they make purchasing decisions.
We appreciate your thoughtful consideration of our request. We would not be where we are were it not for support from organizations such as yours.
