Planning for our Dinner Dance Auction, one of the two major school fundraisers, is now in full swing. Tickets are almost sold out! Please see our ticket sellers in the foyer of the school if you have not yet purchased your tickets.
Friday is All Souls Day. There will be two masses, at 9:15am and 7:00pm; both masses will take place in the church. This may make the morning commute more challenging, so please plan accordingly.
Bottle Booth Donations: There are only a two days left to help stock the Bottle Booth for the Christmas Market that will be held in the school gym this Saturday. The market is in urgent need of hygiene products, wine, vinegars, jams, etc. (no condiments please). All bottles can be dropped off at the school office or the classroom. Thank you.
Halloween Candy Donations: If you have extra halloween candy and would like to donate it to the Agape Ministry, please bring it to Mrs. De Sousa’s class. Thank you.
Donations!Donations! Donations!! The Dinner Dance Auction is a major fundraiser at Sacred Heart School and we cannot do it without your help! We need your donations to help us host an amazing auction that builds excitement and raises money. Consider how you can contribute. Remember, new this year is the super fun Wall of Wine - please consider donating a bottle of wine (minimum $20).
Annual Christmas Market - Saturday, November 3rd: Saturday, November 3 from 9am to 2pm in
the school gym. Please come join us with your friends and family at our wonderful Christmas Market. There will be a delightful high tea in our tearoom, fabulous homemade baking and crafts, collectibles and trinkets of all shapes. There will be many wonderful baskets being raffled off. For the kids there will be a cakewalk, crafts and lots of good stuff to buy.
Kid's Corner: We are still in need of kid's stuff, toys, puzzles, games... please drop off at the school.
Baking Booth: We are looking for your donations of delicious homemade baked goods for our Baking Booth. Please ensure all baking items are in disposable containers and labeled "Baking Booth". Items can be dropped off at the school gym after 3pm on Friday, Nov 2 or before 9am on Saturday, Nov 3. Thank you.

Parish Bible Study: Scripture and the Tradition of the Catholic Church provide an abundance of wisdom, though it can often be challenging to apply it to our lives. If you feel you would like more direction on the Wisdom found in our Sacred Scripture, please join our next bible study, “Wisdom, God’s Vision for Life”, starting Nov 13, Tuesday, 12:00-2:30 pm at Augustine House. We will have 4 lessons before Christmas and 4 in the month of January. In this program, we will: Discover what wisdom is (and what it isn’t): Learn new habits for increasing wisdom in our daily life; Gain confidence, through role models and practice, in living according to God’s vision.
