The first performance of our Christmas play, Miracle at Midnight, is officially in the books. Fantastic work everyone!! A school play of this magnitude is most certainly a team effort: staff working on class songs, both the singing and choreography and working on lines with the grade seven actors; parents helping with songs and lines at home in the evening, and helping to put together costumes; our play director Mr. Jones, who pulls it all together; and most importantly the children who have worked so hard over the past month to give our families a great Christmas gift. Congratulations on a job well done!
As in past years, we have hired a professional videographer to record the matinee performance of the concert. A link will be sent out to school families once it is completed.
Thank you to everyone who has contributed in so many ways to our Christmas outreach initiatives. Your generosity and support is appreciated.

Morgan McDonough’s 3rd Annual Sock Rock!
When Morgan was 11, he said he’d like to give back somehow and came up with the idea that if people head warm feet they would have warm hearts! We started collecting socks and decided on doing a fundraising event called a ‘sock rock’. Children bring a pair of socks (or a few pairs of socks) as entrance fee, and dance the night away in their socks (whilst cleaning the gym floor in doing so) to tunes played by a DJ.
Parents are welcome to stay or drop off. The Delta Police department supports us as well and an officer stops by with the police donations. All proceeds, socks and any money raised goes to the Lookout Society, downtown Vancouver. Last year we raised 800 pairs and $2000. There was an article in the optimist, attached below.
When: Saturday, 22nd December, 4-7pm
Where: Parish Centre
Christmas Mass Schedule: Please see the attachment below.
