Grades 3-7 Track & Field
It is almost Track & Field season! As was the case last year, there is a digital permission form for track & field (please see link below). This permission form covers any practices outside of school time AND any track & field meets that your child is asked to attend. If you have any questions about filling out the form, please do not hesitate to contact me.

On the permission form, please indicate YES/NO for each of the three questions for your child.
The questions indicate in which area(s) of track & field your child will participate (e.g. Gr. 3-7 Track, Gr. 4-7 High Jump, Gr. 3-7 Field). We encourage students to be involved in as much as possible as it might give them a better chance to be selected for meets later in the season.
As well, there is a fourth question in which you will need to indicate your child's grade. This helps to sort out the information once I receive a master list of responses.
Here is some more important information to pass along to you:
-If you have more than one child, you can add more than one child per permission form. Just make sure you answer the questions for each child.
-If you are going to be away at any time during track & field season, or if there is anything I need to know, please send me an email separate from the digital permission form that you submit and thank for doing so.
-We understand that some families may be on vacation when practices start after March break. This is not a problem as your child can join us at practices once they return.
-I have attached the Track & Field Calendar and other important documents to the digital permission form.
-Please let me know if your child has a scheduling conflict for practices and we can see what other practices he/she can attend during each week (there is some flexibility in the schedule, with the exception of high jump).
-There is other important information in the cover letter of the digital permission form, and please let me know if you have any questions about this information.
GO SAINTS!!!
