Parent-Teacher-Conferences

The Parent-Teacher Conferences are intended to give parents and guardians a brief update on their child's progress in school to date. Meetings are scheduled for a maximum of 10 minutes and are hosted in the school Gym.  If you find that more time is needed, please make arrangements with the teacher to meet at a later date. 

Instructions:

   Select the Date: Choose Thurs or Fri from the calendar.

   Select the Teacher: Click on the teacher's name.

   Select a Time-Slot:  Only one time slot per child please

   Press 'ADD TO CART': 

  • You can add more appointments to your Booking Cart before 'Checking Out'
  • You can remove appointments from your cart at any time by pressing the 'minus' icon

   Select 'CHECKOUT': 

   Submit your personal details:  you can also add a note for the teacher if you wish.

   Press 'SUBMIT':  **Please note** It can take up to 10 seconds to process your booking. Be Patient!

   Receive the Confirmation Email: An email with the booking details and a cancellation link will be sent to the address you provided.

To Cancel: Login to the school website and go to 'Parents > My Account > My Appointments > Cancel/Delete'. Cancellations can be made up to 24hrs before the meeting times, after which, you will need to contact the teacher directly to cancel.

 

Press 'Continue' and login with your family account.
