Hot Lunch & Snack Information for 2018/2019
Welcome back to another school year at Sacred Heart.
Our hot lunch program will continue with online ordering for 2018/2019 using MunchaLunch.com. Payment for your orders are done online using PayPal or Credit Card. (The option to pay by cheque still available, but use of the online payment options is encouraged).
How to Register
- NEW FAMILIES -The system will guide you through the registration process. After adding each of your children attending SHS, click the green "Order Lunch!" button to place your lunch order.
- RETURNING USERS - The system will prompt you to update your child’s Grade/Division for 2018/19 and remove any children that no longer attend.
- As in the past, hot lunch will be offered once a month coinciding with our Spirit Days.
- The $2.00 Missions Club Donation is listed as a menu item for each hot lunch day. Please be sure to add this to your lunch order as you would any other food item if your child will be out of uniform that day.
- The first hot lunch date is Wednesday September 26th. Online ordering for September will be OPEN from September 12 to September 21.
- The menu for the remaining hot lunches is still being finalized with our suppliers, and will be available in October. You will be able to pre-order up to 3 or 4 months in advance.
Before each hot lunch day, you will receive a personalized email to your registered email address reminding you, in detail, what was ordered for hot lunch. Please share this with your kids so they know what to expect the next day. If your child is absent on a lunch date, you are welcome to come and pick up their lunch or we can refrigerate it for the next day. Consistent with previous years, there are no refunds offered.
