Show & Tell

Grade One students will have the opportunity for Show and Tell on their specified date, beginning September 8th, 2025. This is a favourite activity and an excellent opportunity for children to speak in front of the class, develop listening skills and learn about their classmates.

Show and Tell opportunities will have a specific theme each time. Please help your child select an appropriate item to share. 

Super Kid Show & Tell

This is a special time for the class to get to know your child a little better! The “Super Me” banner will be coming home the night before your child’s Show & Tell day. Please fill out the “Super Me” banner with your child. P.S. It is okay to help with the spelling and printing, but try to get him/her to do as much as he/she can on his/her own. Then please help your child pick 3-5 small items that can fit in their ziploc bag. These items should help us get to know your child better, for example, a family photo, a sports medal, or dance shoes. This is a parent/child activity but your child needs to be prepared to talk about the “Super Me” banner and the small items on his/her own. Your child will be assessed on his/her ability to present this information orally.
